After determining factors that contribute to your headaches, you may be taught relaxation techniques to reduce stress, stretching exercises to reduce muscle tension, and posture strengthening to improve alignment.  Your treatment may also include modalities such as massage, myofascial release, traction, moist heat, ultra sound, or electric stimulation.
